Salary: 15000+ Saudi Riyal

Our client is seeking an experienced Operation Manager with a background in restaurants and franchises to join their team in KSA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurants and franchises
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Hire, train, and supervise staff members
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in restaurant and franchise management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
