Primary and Secondary School Principal

We are looking for a School Principal for our client. This role is responsible for providing leadership and direction for the overall operation of the school. Candidate will oversee the academic programs, student services, and extracurricular activities. Candidate is responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, managing the school's budget and resources, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and vision for the school, setting goals and objectives to promote academic excellence and student success.
2. Manage and supervise all aspects of the school's operation, including academic programs, student services, and extracurricular activities.
3. Collaborate with teachers, staff, parents, and students to create a positive and inclusive school culture.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all students and staff.
5. Manage the school's budget, resources, and facilities effectively to support the school's mission and goals.
6. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines related to education and school operations.
7. Address disciplinary issues and conflicts among students and staff in a fair and consistent manner.
8. Build strong relationships with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to support the school's mission and goals.
9. Participate in professional development activities to stay current on best practices in education and school leadership.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or School Board.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education or related field
• Principal certification or licensure
• Previous experience in a leadership role in an educational setting
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of state and federal education laws and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders
