Sales Proposal Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Proposal Specialist to join our client's team and support our sales efforts by creating compelling and professional sales proposals. The Sales Proposal Specialist will be responsible for drafting sales proposals using PowerPoint and MS Word to effectively communicate our products or services to potential clients.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to gather information and understand client needs
• Create customized and visually appealing sales proposals using PowerPoint and MS Word
• Develop persuasive content that highlights the value proposition of our products or services
• Ensure all proposals are accurate, grammatically correct, and adhere to company branding guidelines
• Coordinate with team members to incorporate technical specifications, pricing, and other relevant information into proposals
• Review and edit proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client requirements
• Meet proposal deadlines and manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously
• Continuously improve proposal templates and processes to streamline proposal creation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in creating sales proposals using PowerPoint and MS Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with sales processes and understanding of client needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and MS Word
• Experience in graphic design or visual communication is a plus
