Job Title: Senior HR Manager/Executive
Location: Head Office, Zamzama, Karachi
Position Overview:
Our Client (one of the fastest growing e-commerce platform in Karachi having more than 130 employees) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager/ Executive to lead HR functions at head office (Karachi). This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing employee relations, and driving organizational growth for E-commerce company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys overall objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention programs.
- Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare HR reports as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field, from reputable universities
- Certification in HR is a plus
- Experience: 5-6 years of HR management experience, preferably in a e-commerce industry.
