Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization and a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings for websites. The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for our clients, analyzing and reporting on website performance, and staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic for clients

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization

- Perform on-page and off-page optimization activities, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO

- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools

- Create and present regular reports on website performance and SEO efforts to clients

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure SEO strategies align with overall digital marketing goals

- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including training and mentoring

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting

- Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic for websites

- Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices

- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
