Strategy Consultant Contractor

Our client, a leading financial institution, is hiring a Strategy Consultant with 2+ years of experiencepreferably at a top-tier consulting firm (T1/T2). The role involves developing strategic plans, creating executive pitch decks, and managing cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will translate business goals into tangible actions and support initiatives related to cash management and tax structuring. Banking or financial services background is essential.

• →Conduct in-depth market research, industry benchmarking, and strategic analysis
• →Translate theoretical strategies and goals into structured, implementable workstreams

  Create, design, and deliver executive-level pitch decks and presentations

• →
  Lead and support cross-functional strategic projects with clear KPIs and milestones 
• →Lead & recruiting, supporting & monitoring workstreeams or small team when needed
• →Provide insights on financial strategy, cash optimization, or tax structuring as required
• →Contribute to Business developement effords through proposal creation, client pitches and case study.
• →Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business
• →Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy with operations and execution

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)

• 2+ years of strategy consulting experience at T1/T2 firms or equivalent

• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities

• Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering pitch decks

• Familiarity with financial services, especially within banking environments

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is a plus
