What does a Cognitive Training Coach do?

As a Cognitive Training Coach, you’ll work one-on-one with students in our Charlottesville center and on zoom, in fun, fast-paced brain training sessions using our research-backed programs. Unlike tutoring, which focuses on reteaching academic concepts that were missed the first time, brain training strengthens the core cognitive skills needed to think, learn, and remember more effectively, so tutoring becomes unnecessary. Our tools and methods are supported in eighteen peer-reviewed journal articles.

With flexible part-time hours, this is an ideal opportunity for a graduate student, homeschooling parent, stay-at-home parent, retired educator, or anyone looking for a rewarding part-time role that fits around other commitments.
