• →Provide members and guests with a warm, gracious welcome and escort them to their table
• →Manage reservations, seating flow, wait times, and special requests with accuracy and professionalism
• →Recognize returning members and help personalize their experience
• →Communicate clearly with service and culinary teams to support smooth restaurant operations
• →Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming host stand and entry area
• →Develop a strong knowledge of menus, daily specials, club offerings, and property amenities
• →Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• →Support the team in creating memorable dining experiences and resolving guest concerns when needed

• Previous host, restaurant, hotel, or guest service experience preferred
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating personalized experiences
• Warm, professional presence with strong communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using reservation systems and basic computer applications
• Professional appearance and grooming
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
