• →Support servers and the broader restaurant team in delivering polished, attentive service to Club Bardo members and guests
• →Prepare, clear, clean, and reset tables quickly while maintaining elevated presentation standards
• →Run food from the kitchen accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery
• →Assist with water and beverage service and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience
• →Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked server stations and service areas
• →Support the flow of service by communicating effectively with servers, culinary partners, and restaurant leadership
• →Respond to member and guest requests with warmth, professionalism, and a sense of urgency
• →Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and expo areas throughout service

• Previous restaurant, hotel, food runner, busser, or server assistant experience preferred
• Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic approach to hospitality and guest service
• Polished communication and professional presentation
• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Reliable, attentive, and comfortable taking direction while learning and growing
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and perform the physical responsibilities of restaurant service
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
