• Handle inquiries with empathy and clarity, providing essential support to prospective applicants and patients.

• →Conduct eligibility assessments for clients, adhering to specific program guidelines.
• →Verify that clients do not have other payer sources, such as Medicaid, Medicare, or third-party insurance.
• →Register clients into the CPCDMS and complete all necessary paperwork.
• →Perform data entry of eligible clients into our electronic system.
• →Maintain up-to-date and orderly eligibility files for seamless access and review.
• →Conduct renewal eligibility assessments as required by each program.
• →Confirm eligibility appointments and set initial service appointments once eligibility is determined.
• →Provide clients with a list of required eligibility documentation.
• →Participate actively in the Performance Improvement Program.
• →Promote effective working relations and collaborate as part of a dedicated team.
• →Attend all required safety training programs and adhere to safety protocols.
• →Ensure a safe environment by following proper procedures and reporting concerns.
• →Travel to other sites for training and coverage as needed.
• →Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.

• High School Diploma or GED, some medical knowledge.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of medical billing experience preferred.
• Some training or background in ICD-A / CPT codes preferred.
• Ability to understand and practice bookkeeping and accounting terminology required.
• Ability to operate computers and other office machines required.
• Must be able to take responsibility and work under pressure.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and billing practices preferred.
