- Strong experience in managing risk and compliance programs, with a demonstrated ability to oversee policy development, implementation, and monitoring across operations.
- Extensive subject matter expertise, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that align with industry trends, business needs, and regulatory requirements.
- A forward-thinking approach to staying informed about industry trends and regulatory developments.
- Demonstrated experience in building, coaching, and managing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and guiding teams through periods of growth and change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work across departments, operational strategies, and with broader business goals.
- Strong ability to work in dynamic and evolving markets with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Open to feedback and adaptable to change, viewing it as an opportunity for growth and enhancement of operational processes.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, allowing for the delivery of high-quality work even under pressure.
- Proficient in MacOS, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.), and Microsoft Excel.
- Skilled in professional writing, with experience developing and reviewing documentation to support team efficiency and compliance initiatives.
- Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Open to candidates with a 4-year college degree or a comparable blend of education and experience. We value practical skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for learning, regardless of formal education
- 2-4 years of experience managing people and/or policy & compliance related programs.
