Manufacturing Shopfloor Design Manager Specialist

• →Shopfloor Layout Optimization: Design and implement efficient 2D/3D CAD layouts to optimize material flow, equipment placement, and worker ergonomics.
• →Safety & Workflow Compliance: Refine material workflows and enforce safety floor marking standards to maintain a safe, efficient environment.
• →Capacity Expansion: Support the introduction of new manufacturing platforms and expand shopfloor capacity.
• →EHS Compliance: Ensure all shopfloor layouts strictly comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• →Proactive Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational, EHS, quality, and product safety risks to prevent operational disruptions.
• →Space Utilization: Optimize shopfloor space to maximize output per square meter and overall efficiency.
• →Simulation & Scenario Planning: Use 2D/3D CAD simulations to model line changes, minimize downtime, and validate expansion plans before investing.
• →Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to integrate technical solutions focused on safety, ergonomics, quality, and efficiency.

• Six Sigma & Process Improvement: Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with hands-on DMAIC experience leading data-driven initiatives to boost operational efficiency, safety, and quality.
• CAD & Layout Optimization: Experience in 2D/3D CAD modeling to design and optimize shopfloor layouts for enhanced material flow and space utilization.
• Structured Problem Solving: Proficient in Root Cause Analysis and Six Sigma methodologies to resolve complex operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and partner across departments.
• EHS & Regulatory Compliance: Solid understanding of environmental and safety regulations—specifically in additive manufacturing—to ensure compliance and proactive risk management.
• Project & Time Management: Proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery with minimal operational disruption.
• English fluent level
