CFP Coach

We're seeking an experienced CFP Coach to work with clients preparing for the CFP exam while also building toward long-term careers in financial planning. This role includes helping clients master exam content across General Principles of Financial Planning, Insurance Planning, Investment Planning, Retirement Savings and Income Planning, Tax Planning, and Estate Planning, along with creating a tailored study plan and test prep strategy to build accuracy, pacing, and confidence leading up to exam day. Beyond the exam, coaches help clients apply these concepts to real career growth in financial planning, connecting technical knowledge to practical, real-world client scenarios. Ideal candidates hold the CFP certification or have passed the relevant exam, prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down complex problems while connecting them to practical application. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
