Platform and Community Growth Strategist

• Location: Remote anywhere in the APAC region, SEA is prioritized

We are hiring for our client, the big player and leader in the artificial intelligence (annotation) sector. You will be informed about the client once you get shortlisted.

The client is a global leader in providing high-quality training data and data-platform solutions that power enterprise AI — from text/audio labeling to large-scale image/video annotation and LLM customisation.

• →Manage the end-to-end contributor lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and
  long-term participation.
• →Improve contributor experience by gathering user feedback and partnering with Product,
• →Engineering, Recruitment, and Project teams.
• →Develop contributor segmentation, rating, and incentive programs.
• →Create SOPs, onboarding materials, and training programs.
• →Monitor operational metrics and recommend improvements.

• 5+ years in crowd/platform/community/marketplace operations.
• Experience managing contributor, freelancer, gig economy, or marketplace ecosystems.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• AI data services or crowdsourcing experience preferred

• Increase contributor activation, engagement, and retention.
• Improve contributor matching through tagging and segmentation.
• Drive platform improvements from operational feedback.
• Establish SOPs, onboarding, and training materials.
• Deliver dashboards and operational insights.
