Help make it easier for people to share the information they need to find financial products. As a Product Manager at LendingTree, you’ll improve our internal forms platform, which powers user interaction and data capture. You’ll own defined initiatives from discovery through launch, helping make forms more intuitive, connected, and personalized while contributing to the broader platform roadmap.

  • Own prioritized platform initiatives from discovery through launch, translating customer and business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the backlog for your initiatives, balancing user value, effort, and dependencies in partnership with engineering and product leadership.
  • Partner with design and engineering to improve mobile usability, reduce form friction, and test changes that increase completion and conversion.
  • Work with technical partners on integrations with APIs, CRM systems, data pipelines, analytics, and compliance tools to improve data flow and reliability.
  • Explore and test AI capabilities, including agentic workflows, with AI/ML partners to make forms more adaptive and personalized while considering privacy and user trust.
  • Define success metrics, monitor results after launch, and use research, funnel analysis, and experiments to guide the next iteration.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, AI/ML, analytics, and business stakeholders. You’ll partner with product leadership to align your initiatives with the platform roadmap and keep teams informed about priorities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and results.

  • 3+ years of product management experience, including work on a platform, technical product, or digital customer experience.
  • Experience taking features from discovery to launch with engineering and design, including defining requirements and prioritizing a backlog.
  • A working understanding of APIs, data models, workflows, and integrations, with the ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineers.
  • An analytical approach to product decisions, including defining metrics, interpreting funnel performance, and using experiments or user feedback.
  • Clear communication, strong collaboration, and the ability to organize work and surface risks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about user problems, comfort with ambiguity, and a habit of testing assumptions and learning from feedback.
  • Experience with forms, workflow tools, customer data platforms, or modernizing legacy systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered experiences, LLMs, or agentic workflows, and interest in applying them to practical user needs.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry, with attention to privacy, security, and data quality.
  • Users complete forms with less friction, reflected in improved completion and conversion rates.
  • Your initiatives ship with clear requirements, coordinated dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
  • Platform integrations support reliable data capture, and post-launch insights lead to focused improvements.

We’re a collaborative, entrepreneurial team that’s curious, creative, and always ready to roll up our sleeves and get things done. You’ll work alongside smart, driven people who care about doing great work — and about helping each other succeed.

We believe the best ideas come from different perspectives, and we’re committed to creating a workplace where people feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to make an impact. You’ll have the trust and flexibility to do your best work, the opportunity to take ownership and try new things, and teammates who genuinely enjoy working together.

And while we work hard, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We celebrate wins, recognize great work (our GSD — Get Stuff Done — Award is a fan favorite), and make time to have some fun along the way.

Come grow with us, make an impact, and help us build what’s next.
