You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of retention strategies, using automated lifecycle journeys to drive repeat behavior and minimize churn. Whether it’s building a complex multi-step journey in CleverTap or pulling raw data via SQL to find your next growth lever, you’ll be at the heart of our customer's post-install experiece

Responsibilities

Experience: 1–3 years in a CRM, Retention, or Growth Marketing role (B2C/E-commerce/Fintech preferred)
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CleverTap (Journeys, Segments, Liquid tags) is a must.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable navigating GA4 dashboards and understanding attribution models.
Technical Skills: Ability to write SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) to pull and filter user data.
Curiosity: A natural "tinkerer" who looks at a drop in the funnel and wants to find out why it happened.
