Microsoft D365 Technical Consultant

Lenskart is looking for an experienced D365 Technical Consultant (Finance & Operations) to join our Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 F&O implementations, customization, development, and support. This role requires hands-on experience in X++ development, troubleshooting, ERP implementations, and delivering scalable business solutions.

  Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations solutions.

  Design, develop, and modify custom modules, forms, reports, workflows, integrations, and extensions using X++.

• →

  Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ERP ecosystem.

• →

  Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and system bugs.

• →

  Support implementation, upgrade, and migration projects across AX 2009, AX 2012, AX 2012 R3, and D365 Finance & Operations.

• →

  Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.

• →

  Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation of custom developments.

• →

  Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.

• 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • AX 2009

  • AX 2012

  • AX 2012 R3

  • D365 Finance & Operations

• Strong expertise in X++ programming and customization.

• Experience developing custom modules, reports, workflows, SSRS reports, and integrations.

• Good understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle and support processes.

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills within Dynamics AX/D365 environments.

• Experience with data migration, system upgrades, and deployment activities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Azure integrations and Power Platform.

• Understanding of DevOps practices and release management for D365.

• Exposure to retail, supply chain, finance, or manufacturing business processes.

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an added advantage.
