For pur Helicopters Division we are looking for a Digital Services Specialist.
 

• →Analyze Customer Support & Training business processes and identify opportunities for digitalization.
• →Define and propose innovative digital solutions based on business needs.
• →Support the evolution of the Digital Services portfolio.
• →Contribute to the definition of new services and business opportunities.
• →Evaluate the feasibility, costs and expected benefits of digital initiatives.
• →Support budget estimation and business case preparation for new projects and services.
• →Coordinate with internal functions, software teams and external suppliers during project execution.
• →Support customer meetings, demonstrations and executive presentations.
• →Contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoCs), prototypes and innovation activities.
• →Work with international teams and customers.

• Good knowledge of Customer Support & Training business.
• Understanding of company processes and cross-functional organizations.
• Basic knowledge of business economics, budgeting and project financials.
• Ability to evaluate costs, benefits and business value of digital solutions.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in an international environment.

• General knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Data analysis and Business Intelligence.
• SQL and database fundamentals.
• API and system integration concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
