How You'll Contribute to Our Success

You’ll bring sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for the food industry to our team. With your ability to manage time effectively and communicate clearly, you’ll support marketing initiatives—whether working independently or collaborating with the team. Eager to learn and adapt, you’ll quickly absorb real-world strategies, contribute fresh ideas, and help drive our success in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You’ll do as our Marketing Intern

  •  Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to Lesaffre's safety-first culture by strictly following all safety protocols and participating in required safety programs.
  •  Supports the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and product sheets.
  •  Coordinates with our marketing agency and Biospringer global marketing team on digital campaigns.
  •  Conducts market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  •  Assists in coordinating trade shows, conferences, and marketing events, including logistics and promotional materials.
  •  Collaborates with the sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  •  Assists with other marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Required qualifications:  

  •  Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  •  Prior experience in a professional or academic setting is required, which may include internships, volunteer roles, or paid jobs in any field.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  •  Proficiency working with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  •  Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  •  Ability to work onsite in Milwaukee between 20 and 40 hours per week.
