Do you enjoy reviewing complex financial data and building insightful analysis? Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Strategy, you will oversee and perform a variety of financial reporting, analysis and planning functions within the LCBO Marketing Department. You will act as a liaison between Marketing and Finance to coordinate and resolve issues while maintaining accurate reporting and financial information. If you have an inquisitive nature and a passion for in-depth analysis, then this is the role for you!
  •  Post-graduate degree or diploma in a Financial and/or Business field, or equivalent experience; completion or progress towards an accounting designation is an asset • Minimum 3 years experience working in financial and operational planning, analysis, reporting and budgeting • Excellent project planning and execution skills through a combination of formal Project Management education and work experience • Demonstrated knowledge of financial concepts related to costing analysis, and operational efficiency measurement techniques • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Excel, strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word and experience in the development of database and business solutions using Microsoft Access • Experience with FileMaker Pro, Oracle financial suite, Hyperion Planning, Info Library and MPTS is preferred • Highly effective communications skills, strong attention to detail, and sound analytical and problem-solving skills
