For Dutch Conversion & Retention Agents (NL Desk): Engage with potential clients through various channels (phone, email, chat). Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to convert inquiries into sales.
Native or fluent Dutch, additional languages are a plus. Previous experience in Conversion or Retention a MUST Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
