1. Retention Agent — Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Role summary Maximize client lifetime value and trading activity for FX/CFD/crypto clients through proactive CRM, VIP servicing and reactivation strategies within a regulated brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage dormant/high-potential traders with tailored offers, market insights, and educational support.
• Manage VIP relationships, personalized outreach, and lifecycle campaigns; optimize bonus allocation within compliance limits.
• Monitor trading behavior, margin/counterparty risk signals, and report AML/SG concerns to compliance.
• Track retention KPIs (reactivation, volume, client value) and provide insights to product/marketing.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in retention/CRM or VIP management at a brokerage (FX/CFD/crypto) or trading platform.
• Fluent Spanish or Portuguese; good English.
• Strong understanding of trading products, margin, leverage, and compliance boundaries.
• Analytical, excellent communicator, experienced with CRM/BI tools.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary + performance/bonus based on retention and trading metrics.
• Travel ticket allowance: $200.
• Rent support: $450/month for 3 months.
