JOB SUMMARY: To timely and accurately process E-Commerce orders following procedures to ensure the facility goals are met.

→Perform multiple job functions on a given shift
→Ability to perform job functions accurately in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
→Process incoming shipments following procedures
→Perform audit requirements following procedures
→Place empty storage bins and MTUs neatly in designated locations
→Accurately place units into storage bins directed by WMS
→Accurately pick all units following procedures
→Perform exception functions on the MTUs and storage bins following procedures
→Process damaged units following procedures
→Dispose of cardboard as directed

Ability to continuously read and verify scanner data against location/container labels and unit tags
Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 60 lbs
Must be able to frequently lift and move containers up to 50 lbs from below the waist to overhead

Operation of (RF) handheld scanner and P.C.
Ability to learn and become proficient in all applicable P.C., scanner interfaces and WMS systems (Manhattan)

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a healthy team culture
Ability to be agile and respond quickly to change
Maintain established efficiency and accuracy requirements
Follow all safety rules and requirements
Think critically and use LEAN methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement
Follow LS&CO. Polices and Procedures
Maintain facility housekeeping standards
Ability to read and write in English
Strong Number recognition and correlation
Be alert to, watch for, and immediately clear or report all carton jams and report any mechanical equipment failures
