Description

Lexington’s two-week internship with the Co-Investment (CIP) team offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to private equity and the secondaries market. Working across the CIP, Secondaries, and Investor Relations teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and sharpening your investment acumen.

Responsibilities

Evaluating leveraged buyout transactions across multiple industries
Analyzing financial models to assess valuations and expected returns
Compiling and analyzing industry and company research
Collaborate on a summer project compiling an investment memo on a potential investment opportunity

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical / valuation skills
Ability to work well in teams and independently
Strong work ethic and proactive, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm for expanding knowledge
Ability to support projects with tight deadlines
High ethical and professional standards
