Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Collaborate with LGES partners and equipment vendors.
- →Equipment investment and schedule management.
- →Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Line of Balance (LOB) after improvements are made.
- →Install/modify/analyze/repair/test new tools/machines/equipment and technology utilized in the winder, assembly, formation processes of battery manufacturing.
- →Collaborate with other teams to improve process quality and conduct equipment modification and improvement activities.
- →Manage plans for daily maintenance activities.
- →Complete daily documentation and audits of equipment performance.
- →Maintain cleanliness at worksite in accordance with 5S3R Standards.
- →Ensure work is completed in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environment.
- →Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year in equipment engineering experience in a production/plant environment.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering or related field required.
- PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience * Preferred but not required.
- Six Sigma certification * Preferred but not required.
- DOE (Design of experiments) * Preferred but not required.
- Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for a period of up to 12 hours.
- Must be able to perform the following over the course of up to 12 hours per day.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data analysis.
- CAD (Computer-aided design) and coding * Preferred but not required.
