• →Report in person to the school building to execute lesson plans provided by the absent teacher
• →Create a classroom environment that is safe, orderly, conducive to learning, and consistent with the mission and virtues of the school
• →Maintain established procedures of the school and classroom
• →Hold students accountable to a high standard of conduct

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience working with children required
• Ability to work on-call or as needed
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with and conviction for the values of a classical, liberal arts education
• Ability to adhere to the school’s dress code as outlined in the employee handbook

Northwest Classical Academy (NCA) is a public charter school located in Kennesaw for grades K-11 for the 2025-2026 school year and K-12 in 2026-2027 and beyond. All Georgia families are eligible to apply; the school is tuition-free and no entrance testing is required. The children of full-time employees have enrollment preference.
