Quality Reviewer – human services

Developmental disabilities professionals are encouraged to consider a full-time Quality Reviewer position with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.

Liberty Healthcare operates statewide program in Indiana which conducts quality reviews of providers of Home and Community Based Services and provides technical assistance on best practices in person-centered support.

As a Quality Reviewer you will have the opportunity to enrich the lives of older adults, people who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and individuals who have experienced traumatic brain injury.

As a Quality Reviewer, your daily work will involve:

• →Traveling throughout the Indianapolis metro area and Central Indiana
  
  
• →Conducting on site reviews at provider organizations

• →Investigating complaints

• →Preparing reports

• →Developing corrective action plans

• →Following up with providers organization to monitor quality improvement

This is a remote position which will allow you to work partially from your home office and require you to travel regularly throughout the Indianapolis metro area and Central Indiana.

You will work Monday through Friday, primarily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
