Senior Information Technology System Engineer – Cloud Solutions

Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks to hire an experienced information technology professional for an available full-time Senior System Engineer Cloud Solutions role.

• →Engineer and build a highly secure cloud and Office 365 solutions to meet business requirements

• →Accountable for the configuration, security and stability of the Cloud infrastructure

• →Manage and monitor cloud services and hybrid infrastructure

• →Work with IT leadership and business units to understand requirements, and develop and execute plans to implement and deploy responsive solutions

• →Maintain a detailed understanding of pending changes to the platform, and develop plans to absorb changes without operational interruption, and with maximum benefit

• →Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services

• →Ensure service delivery meets the business requirements and associated SLAs

• →Serve as an evangelist for Office 365 and Cloud technologies and related skills, including the training and development of support IT staff

• →Create and maintain policies and documentation regarding the proper use of Office 365, Azure, AWS and other cloud services and support

• →Educate IT and business staff on policies and procedures for Microsoft and other cloud platforms

• →Collaborate with other IT staff, including networking, security, support and applications to facilitate effective issue resolution

• →Document changes to systems using change management best practices

• →Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring

• →Keep up to date with evolving technologies and platforms

• You will work primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours

• This is a remote position which will allow you to work virtually from your home office
