• →Coordinate and host monthly Constellation meetings, quarterly social outings and activities for carers, children and young people.
• →Provide regular support to Satellite Families and children and young people, including assistance with placement challenges and crisis situations.
• →Connect families with education, mental health and community services to support positive outcomes.
• →Host case planning, care team and family meetings at the Hub Home where appropriate.
• →Build strong relationships with carers, children and young people and provide a welcoming and supportive Hub Home environment.
• →Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with carers, Life Without Barriers staff and community services.

• Experience as a foster or kinship carer (5+ years preferred), or relevant experience in Child Protection or Out of Home Care.
• Ability to meet the requirements to obtain and maintain authorisation or registration as a foster carer under the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to work positively with carers, children, young people and other stakeholders.
• Ability to support children and young people and respond appropriately to placement challenges and changing needs.
• Current Provide First Aid (HLTAID0011) Certificate.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
