Who We're Looking For
We're recruiting experienced financial advisers on behalf of our partner network. These are established, growing, independent practices across South Africa.

About the Role
Are you an experienced financial adviser ready to grow your business and your income?
This role gives you the best of both worlds. You keep your independence and run your own client base. But you also get real backing: Lifecheq's technology, marketing tools, and operational support.
You'll have access to a digital-first advisory platform and ongoing professional development. Everything designed to free you up for what matters most: building relationships and giving great advice.

Key Responsibilities
● Acquire, engage, and retain clients through personalised financial planning.
● Conduct detailed financial needs analyses and develop tailored strategies.
● Promote and sell a range of financial products (risk, investment, retirement, and funeral cover).
● Deliver ongoing service and portfolio reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
● Adhere to FAIS and FSCA regulations at all times.
● Manage client onboarding, documentation, and compliance through LifeCheq’s digital platform.
● Maintain accurate client records and uphold regulatory and company standards.
● Consistently meet and exceed growth and retention targets.
Minimum Requirements
● NQF Level 5 qualification in Financial Planning & RE5 Accreditation (essential)
● 1–3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or in financial services sales
● Proven record of achieving sales and growth targets
● Clear criminal and credit record
● Own reliable transport
● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
● Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
