Join our team
Join our dynamic team as an Implementation Lead and become the strategic bridge between cutting-edge technology solutions and client success. You'll lead high-impact implementations for enterprise clients, coordinating project teams of approximately 10 professionals through complex system transitions while ensuring exceptional delivery quality.

This is a remote position with the option for in-person attendance in a TELUS Health office, if available in your area. The ability to travel is required.

Technical Skills

→
Bachelor's degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or related field
→
10+ years of experience in pension plan management, workflow management system implementation, or administrative process automation
→
Demonstrated aptitude for technology and system development lifecycle
→
Implementation methodology ownership and presentation experience
→
Scope control based on contracts
→
Proficiency in current computer technologies

Lead large-scale transformational projects that directly impact enterprise clients

Work with talented project teams of approximately 10 professionals
Guide and support implementation professionals through complex projects
Drive methodology improvements and contribute to organizational excellence
Build meaningful relationships with enterprise clients during critical system transitions

Nice to Have

Experience with pension administration software systems
Bilingualism would be considered an asset

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its international scope.
