Als psycholoog bij TELUS Health werk je aan:

• Het bevorderen van mentale gezondheid en welzijn op de werkvloer
• Het vergroten van duurzame inzetbaarheid
• Het begeleiden van cliënten bij werkgerelateerde psychologische problematiek
• Het uitvoeren van interventies gericht op herstel en functioneren in de werkcontext
• Het adviseren van cliënten over gezondheidsvraagstukken op het werk
   

Een hybride werkomgeving; waarbij je cliënten zowel face-to-face als online ziet
Een realistische caseload, waarbij je 5-6 verschillende cliënten per dag ziet
Vrijheid om je agenda zelf in te delen
 

• Aansprekend en breed scala aan nationale én internationale klanten
• Professioneel én gezellig team met regelmatig landelijke opleidingsdagen en borrels 
• Centrale ondersteuning vanuit ons Service Center in Maarssen
   

• Intakes afnemen en begeleidingsplannen opstellen
• Psychologische begeleiding uitvoeren met CGT, ACT, oplossingsgerichte therapie,  EMDR, mindfulness of andere behandeltechnieken
• Communiceren met bedrijfsartsen en medisch adviseurs
• Rapportages opstellen voor opdrachtgevers, verzekeringsartsen en bedrijfsartsen
   

• WO Master in de Psychologie
• Bij voorkeur Registerpsycholoog NIP/Arbeid en gezondheid of bereid deze te halen
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met behandeling en het toepassen van psychologische interventies gebaseerd op CGT en oplossingsgerichte therapie.
• Ervaring met herstel van functioneren in werkcontext is een pré
• Een flexibele, oplossingsgerichte en klantgerichte instelling
• Een analytische en empathische blik en scherp observatievermogen
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
