Medical Spa Director - Aesthetic Industry Sales - Murfreesboro

We're a growing aesthetic services company with clinics across the country, built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel beautiful and confident. Our Nashville/Murfreesboro clinic opened two years ago and has been a consistent high performer since day one. We're looking for a proven sales leader to take the helm, keep the momentum going, and push results even higher.

As Clinic Director, you'll own the day-to-day operations and results of the clinic:

• →Lead consultations for our full range of services, including laser lipo and body contouring, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, cosmetic injections, GLP-1 weight loss, and peptide therapy, along with our skincare line
• →Close sales by building rapport, explaining treatment options with confidence, overcoming objections, and preparing financing agreements with lenders such as CareCredit
• →Grow revenue from existing clients by introducing new services and building treatment plans that keep them coming back
• →Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 3–4 estheticians to meet and exceed sales goals
• →Deliver a warm, five-star client experience, from check-in to checkout
• →Keep the clinic clean, organized, and professional
• →Spot opportunities to improve treatment offerings and the client experience, and recommend changes

• 2+ years of sales experience in the cosmetic, plastic surgery, medspa, or spa industry (required)
• 2+ years managing a sales team, with a track record of hitting or beating goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional presence
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems independently while staying attentive to clients
• An enthusiastic, friendly, high-energy approach and a genuine passion for great service
• Weekend availability: the clinic is open Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am–3:00pm (closed Sunday)
