About the Role
~1 min readLilac is looking for a versatile Analyst II to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Development & Strategy, you’ll support the delivery of strategic initiatives and commercial transactions. This is a step above an entry-level Analyst role: you’ll be trusted to take a first pass at structuring and analyzing problems and, over time, take increasing end-to-end ownership of key workstreams. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role where you’ll gain exposure to senior leadership, the Board, investors, and external advisors.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth, venture-backed start-up as we scale groundbreaking technology from the lab to commercial deployment. We’re looking for a structured thinker who drives outcomes, communicates clearly, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. You should be eager to learn and accelerate your development by taking on new challenges and increasing responsibility.
