Lincoln College International KSA is seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer – Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering to join our team in Riyadh.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop the next generation of engineering and manufacturing professionals by delivering high-quality technical training and supporting workforce development initiatives across Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will bring strong industrial experience, excellent training and facilitation skills, and a commitment to delivering engaging, industry-relevant learning experiences.
Responsibilities
~1 min readDeliver classroom-based, workshop, and practical technical training sessions.
Facilitate learning through presentations, demonstrations, case studies, simulations, and hands-on activities.
Support trainees in applying engineering principles and workplace best practices.
Monitor learner progress and provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.
Develop, review, and update training materials, lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and practical exercises.
Ensure training content reflects current industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
Integrate project management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies into training delivery.
Conduct trainee assessments and evaluate competency against learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote safe working practices throughout all training activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain training facilities, equipment, and resources in a safe and effective condition.
Requirements
~1 min readBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of industrial or manufacturing industry experience.
Minimum 2 years of training, coaching, teaching, or instructional experience.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, quality management, and operational excellence.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Strong report writing and documentation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Professional certifications in manufacturing, quality, or continuous improvement.
Excellent English communication skills.
Non-native English speakers must demonstrate English proficiency equivalent to IELTS Academic 6.5 or higher.
