Automotive Technician Instructor

We specialize in helping technicians transition into engaging educators. Bring your passion for the industry and help shape the next generation of automotive professionals!

• 3+ years of Automotive Technician experience
• ASE certifications (G1, A6 required within first 3 months)
• EPA 609 certification (required within first 3 months)
• High school diploma/GED
• Great communication skills
• Proficient in technology
• OEM or equivalent industry-related training
• Teaching experience is a plus

• →Teach and provide hands-on training in Automotive Technology in our fully equipped facility
• →Facilitate and effectively deliver Lincoln Tech accredited course curriculum using our Blended Learning Model
• →Support and motivate student growth, professionalism, and accountability through advising and mentoring
• →Evaluate and communicate progress with students fairly and consistently
• →Teach students about the importance of safety and compliance
• →Maintain a professional, visitor-ready classroom environment
• →Complete Lincoln Instructor Foundational Training (LIFT) program
• →Prepare students for a successful career in the field of Automotive Technology
