LA is seeking an exceptional Senior Designer to join our Brand Design team under a contract expected to run up to 12 months, with the potential for early completion or conversion to full-time based on project needs and performance. In this role, you will design a variety of digital assets used to engage and attract audiences for one of our most high-profile clients. You will work alongside teams of Art Directors, Designers, Production Artists, and Producers to create and adapt bespoke designs for use in content experiences that are viewed by millions of people worldwide. This is a hybrid position with an in-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday.


What You’ll Do:
 
  • Contribute across all phases of design: from ideation, all the way through to production and QC;
  • Key art development for digital, printed retail, and social media usage;
  • Create OOH mockups and presentation builds as needed;
  • Retouching oversight: working with vendors to provide notes until final approval on both product and talent imagery;
  • Review production mechanicals from Production team and provide notes;
  • Support the wider design team as needed.

What You’ll Bring:
 
  • Minimum of 5+ years working in a fast-paced design role within marketing or advertising;
  • Proven taste and excellence in graphic design, image creation (Photoshop), layout, and typography;
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign),
    Figma, & Keynote;
  • Sharp eye for detail, composition, and hierarchy;
  • Experience leveraging current AI tools to enhance creative development;
  • Experience working with fashion, culture, and/or sports brands, as well as current design trends;
  • Exceptional work ethic, team mindset, and eagerness to contribute;
  • All resumes must be accompanied by a portfolio link.
  • Nice to Have: Motion/animation skills (After Effects), Final Cut, or 3D software skills

The Pay:

The hourly compensation range for this position is $50 - $75/hr. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, location, prior experience, and education.

This is a hybrid, contract role that is expected to run up to 12 months, with the potential for early completion or conversion to full-time based on project needs and performance.

  • Extended periods of desk work involving prolonged use of a computer for design, production, review, and quality control.
  • Frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and other computer-based design tools requiring manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Visual acuity sufficient to review detailed design work, typography, imagery, color, composition, layouts, production mechanicals, and other visual materials.
  • Frequent verbal and written communication during meetings, creative reviews, collaboration with internal teams, and coordination with external vendors.
  • May involve standing, walking, or presenting design concepts, mockups, or other creative materials during meetings and collaborative work sessions.
  • Ability to work in an office environment and move between workspaces, meetings, and collaborative areas as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple visual and creative tasks while working for extended periods at a computer.
