Warehouse Supervisor

Depending on the specific role assigned, the Supervisor will be responsible for the operations of one of the following departments:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain; prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar management role is preferred
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to plan work tasks and manage staffing levels effectively
• Solid data analysis and problem-solving ability; able to identify issues through KPIs and operational data and drive continuous improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office software; familiarity with WMS or other warehouse management systems is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability; comfortable working in a logistics and warehouse environment
• Excellent communication skills and cross-departmental coordination ability
• Proficient in English; Chinese/Dutch is a plus
