AI Strategist - China Campus Recruitment 2027

As a junior AI strategist, your typical day will be focused on:
• Deliver the highest standards of quality on your projects.
• Ensure the highest level of quality of output to your clients.

However, a big difference with other consulting companies is that you will work closely with AI engineers and data engineers to use AI and data analytics to crack the toughest executive level problems.

Big plus, you will take more responsibilities and have more client’s exposure from your very first day:
• Support on proposals identifying client’s needs, meeting client’s requirements, answering RFP’s.
• Embark our clients into a transformation of their data and AI departments and make sure Artefact is their preferred partner in this endeavor.

Last but not least, you will pursue continuing professional development in relation to the role and its duties and responsibilities.

We look for students graduating in 2027 who display initiative, intuition, and creativity with a strong problem solving, analytical mindset and genuine curiosity and hands-on interest in AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows, with a willingness to build and experiment using AI tools.

We do not require specific academic majors or industry experience and look for diversity of experience and skills.

We value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of your studies.

However, proficient in vide coding, SQL or Python is a big plus. Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
