For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Salesforce Operations Advisor role on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Requirements

Supporting user queries relating to Salesforce and associated workflows
Gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Supporting workshops, testing and stakeholder feedback
Preparing guidance, communications and training materials
Tracking actions, risks, decisions and dependencies
Analysing user feedback to identify improvements

Have experience supporting Salesforce, CRM or business technology platforms
Previous experience within legal or professional services would be beneficial
Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and documentation skills
Are proficient in Salesforce, CRM or similar platforms
Possess strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
Show initiative and problem-solving skills
Have a commitment to continuous learning and development

Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days a week from office)
Working hours for this position are 10:00 to 18:15
