Responsibilities

→Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
→Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
→Establish and monitor operational metrics to drive performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
→Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, company policies, and all safety regulations.
→Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs that support operational excellence.
→Analyze warehouse processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
→Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting, inventory controls, and warehouse management systems.
→Collaborate with Operations leadership on facility layout, product flow, and warehouse optimization initiatives.
→Develop and manage departmental operating and capital budgets.
→Maintain strong relationships with transportation providers, customer service, sales, scheduling, and other cross-functional teams.
→Lead continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
→Oversee disposition of damaged, expired, recalled, and returned inventory.
→Serve as a project leader during warehouse management system implementations or upgrades.

Requirements

Standing, walking, sitting, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds with proper lifting techniques.
Ability to work in a warehouse/distribution environment.

Demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Excellent communication, coaching, and employee engagement skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Oracle WMS or other warehouse management systems.
Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, or business analytics tools.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience working in ISO 9001 environments.
