Liquid Personnel is looking for two Occupational Therapists to join a community-based OT service in Solihull.
The role involves completing OT assessments with adults in the community, primarily in their own homes, supporting independence, safety and wellbeing.
Responsibilities

- →Complete functional OT assessments.
- →Carry out moving and handling assessments and develop plans.
- →Complete mental capacity assessments.
- →Assess and recommend seating and specialist equipment.
- →Assess and recommend appropriate adaptations.
- →Assess and recommend moving and handling equipment.
- →Work collaboratively with service users, families and partner professionals.
- →Maintain accurate records and professional documentation.
Requirements

- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
- Community OT experience.
- Experience completing functional and moving & handling assessments.
- Knowledge of equipment and adaptations.
- Strong communication and assessment skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
