Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for its client for an experienced Occupational Therapist to support a community-based service in Bristol.

This role has a strong focus on moving & handling assessments and risk assessments, working with equipment including hoists, stand aids and other OT equipment.

What will your responsibilities be? 

  • Community-based OT assessments
  • Moving & handling assessments
  • Risk assessments under MHOR 1992
  • Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and Health & Safety at Work legislation
  • Experience using hoists and stand aids
  • Prescription of specialist OT equipment
  • Knowledge of LOLER and PUWER regulations
  • Supporting safe and effective care within the community

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist 
  • Eligible to work in the UK 
  • Post-qualified experience 
  • HCPC-registered 
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
