Occupational Therapist – Reablement

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist for its client's Reablement Team based in the Derbyshire Dales. This is a full-time agency role offering £26.63 per hour and supporting individuals within the community to regain independence and achieve positive outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• →Complete community-based OT assessments.
• →Provide reablement interventions and support.
• →Assess needs and identify appropriate solutions.
• →Support service users to maximise independence.
• →Work with colleagues and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Experience in community, reablement or social care is desirable.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
