Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist for its client’s Regaining Independence Service (RIS) North West Team based in Horsham. This is a full-time agency role offering £35–£37 per hour. The position is available from October 2026 to March 2027 and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

→Complete comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments.
→Set meaningful and outcome-focused goals with customers.
→Deliver specialist Occupational Therapy interventions to promote independence.
→Monitor progress and adapt support plans according to individual needs.
→Manage a varied caseload within the community.
→Work collaboratively with reablement providers, health professionals, and social care teams to support positive outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must have:

A relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
Current HCPC registration.
Strong assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in community Occupational Therapy or reablement services is desirable.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
An Enhanced DBS check.
The ability to work flexibly across the community and manage a varied caseload.
