Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a Reablement service in Hackney.

This is a great opportunity for an OT with strong reablement experience who is looking to make a meaningful difference by supporting people to regain independence and achieve their goals at home.

Responsibilities

→Complete OT assessments and develop reablement plans.
→Support service users to regain independence at home.
→Recommend appropriate equipment and adaptations.
→Work alongside families, carers and other professionals.
→Review outcomes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
Current HCPC registration.
Experience in reablement, community or social care.
Strong assessment and care-planning skills.
Senior-level experience is desirable.
