Social Worker - Community Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult's Social Worker to join its client’s Community team, based in Calderdale.  

What will your responsibilities be? 

• Completing strength-based Care Act Assessments and Reviews
• Conduct safeguarding enquiries.
• Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and best interest decisions.
• Attend MDT meetings and work alongside other professionals within the community.
• Attend ICB reviews and complete CHC checklists/DST.
• Undertake S117 reviews.
• COP/Legal works.
• Support on the office cover rota with screening tasks.
• any other tasks asked by managers

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have;  

• Social Work England registration 
• Eligible to work in the UK 
• Hold a full UK driving licence 
• Post-qualified experience 
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
