To be successful in this role you must have,
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Learning Disabilities Team at Sturminster Newton, North Dorset.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with adults with learning disabilities, manage a complex caseload, and make a real difference within a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
Rate: Up to £35 per hour (Umbrella)
Working Pattern: Hybrid, minimum 2 days office-based per week
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage a complex Learning Disabilities caseload
- →Complete Care Act assessments, reviews, and support plans
- →Undertake safeguarding and risk management work
- →Support Court of Protection applications
- →Contribute to Mental Health Tribunals
- →Work collaboratively with families, carers, health professionals, and partner agencies
- →Participate in MDT meetings and multi-agency working
- →Maintain accurate case records and statutory documentation

- Qualified Social Worker
- Social Work England registration
- Adult Social Care experience
- Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014
- Experience managing complex caseloads
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
