Liquid Personnel is recruiting Advanced Social Work Practitioner for its client's Children in Our Care Team at Gateshead.

• →Managing a complex caseload of children in care
• →Providing consultation, guidance, and support to Social Workers across the team
• →Supporting practice development and quality assurance activities
• →Leading on complex case discussions and decision-making
• →Mentoring and developing less experienced practitioners
• →Ensuring care planning and permanency planning are child-focused and outcome-driven
• →Working in partnership with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Significant post-qualified experience within Children's Social Care
• Strong experience working with Children in Care
• Ability to support and develop colleagues through coaching and mentoring
• Excellent assessment, safeguarding, and risk management skills
