Advanced Social Worker – Safeguarding

Our well-respected client is looking for Advanced Social Workers and social workers to join their Safeguarding Teams. You’ll deliver child-focused, high-quality social work while working closely with a variety of professionals to support families effectively.
The role offers a manageable caseload, allowing you to mentor colleagues and contribute to team development. There are also opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities, providing a strong platform for career progression.

• Qualified Social Worker with significant experience in child and family services
• Committed to relationship-based practice
• Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
